Tenacity Fitness values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We collect and store data such as your name, contact details, payment information, and membership activity through our booking and payment system, TeamUp. This information is used solely for managing memberships, processing payments, booking classes or recovery sessions, and keeping you informed about important updates or offers (with your consent).
Your data is securely stored within TeamUp’s GDPR-compliant platform and is not shared with third parties, except as required by law. You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.
Refund Policy
Memberships, class passes, recovery suite bookings, and most purchases at Tenacity Fitness are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if a payment error occurs on our side or if we cancel a membership. We offer a 7-day cooling-off period for new memberships, during which a refund can be requested.
Refund Process
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase, either by email or in person. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days and returned to the original payment method. After 14 days from purchase, refunds are not available unless explicitly stated otherwise. Clothing items can be exchanged if unworn and in original condition.
